The Legacy Collection marked a new chapter for Port Homes. A limited release of four five-bedroom homes in Wynyard, designed at a higher specification and aimed at a more premium market.

The development required more than marketing support. It needed its own identity. A clear position within the Port Homes portfolio, while standing apart from their existing sites.

We were responsible for the full marketing delivery, from naming the houses and brand identity through to brochure design, photography, signage and campaign rollout.

The Challenge

The Legacy Collection represented a new tier for Port Homes.

Located in Wynyard and designed as a limited release of luxury homes, the development required a distinct presence. It needed to appeal to a more discerning buyer, without disconnecting from the credibility Port Homes had already built.

The challenge was to create a premium brand within the parent brand. Refined, confident and understated. Not overworked. Not overstated.

Everything from tone of voice to visual language had to reflect the scale and quality of the homes themselves.

The Result

We developed The Legacy Collection as a standalone identity, complete with its own mark, colour palette and visual direction.

The stag emblem and darker aesthetic introduced a more composed and premium tone, while remaining aligned with the Port Homes brand. Naming, messaging and collateral were crafted to reflect the exclusivity of just four homes.

We delivered a full suite of marketing assets including brochure design, photography direction, signage and launch materials. CGI and floorplans were integrated to support the presentation of the homes at planning stage.

The result is a development that feels intentional and complete. A limited collection positioned with clarity, giving Port Homes a confident entry into the higher end of the market.
