Fairs-Lloyds Travel is an independent travel agent based at Teesside Airport, with a long-standing presence in the region. As booking habits shifted online and competition became increasingly digital-first, their brand no longer reflected the quality of service or the demographic they were attracting.
They needed a modern identity and digital platform that felt established, confident and aspirational, while retaining the trust built over years of local trading.
The Challenge
Fairs-Lloyds Travel is an independent travel agent based at Teesside Airport with a long-standing presence in the region. Over time, however, the brand had become visually dated and inconsistent across touchpoints.
In a market driven by aspirational imagery and strong digital presence, the identity no longer reflected the quality of service or the demographic they were attracting. Their physical presence within the airport and their online presence felt disconnected, with no clear visual cohesion.
The challenge was to reposition Fairs-Lloyds with a more contemporary identity that could feel established and credible in a busy airport environment, while also translating effectively into a fully bespoke digital experience.
The Result
We delivered a full rebrand and bespoke website design and build, creating a more confident and cohesive identity across print, signage and digital platforms.
The new visual direction placed greater emphasis on strong typography, refined colour use and high-quality destination imagery. We liaised with travel operators where required to source appropriate assets, ensuring campaigns remained commercially aligned while elevating overall brand perception.
The refreshed identity was rolled out across airport signage, printed collateral and seasonal marketing materials, creating a consistent presence both within Teesside Airport and online.
Fairs-Lloyds Travel now presents as a modern, aspirational travel brand while retaining the trust and familiarity built through years of local trading.
